What is Tumbler screening machine?
Tumbler screening machine is one large-capacity rotary sieving machine with high precision and is also high-efficiency sieving equipment. It is specially designed to meet clients who require high production capacity, and high-precision sieving. The basic rotary motion is similar to manual screening. Eccentricity is adjustable from 25 to 40mm, and the low-speed v-belt drive is adjustable from 120 到 360 rpm. The residence time of each product can be adjusted by swinging the radial and cutting angle of the screen towards the driving axis direction. Therefore, the horizontal and throw three-dimensional tumbling motion is established, and material from the center to the outer edge of the entire screen surface is evenly dispersed, so as to spiral motion to the axial transmission, small particles then complete the sifting process.

It is suitable for screening materials that are easily blocked in spherical, cylindrical, flake, and irregular shapes and need precision screening.
