Automatic powder mixing system
Jubao intelligence can provide project design program for different industries,we design drawings and 3D models for our clients free of charge.The following figure shows the 3D drawing of the automatic mixing system.

Several bulk powders are unpacked through the bulk bag unloader, feeding to the small bag feeding station, and then conveyed to the mixing machine by the conveyor, the powder is evenly mixed,  finally, the material is conveyed to the packing machine through the conveying equipment for packaging.

Malaysia feed pellet discharge
We have designed a feed pellet discharging and small bag packing production line for a customer in Malaysia, and provided ton bag discharging station and vacuum feeder equipment for them.

Production process: First,he bulk feed particles are automatically unpacked at the tonnage package unloading station, then they are transported to the packing machine through the vacuum feeder.

UK tea industry screening
We have supplied sieving, conveying and turnover funnel equipment to a tea industry in the UK.Production process:screening black tea in sieve machine,conveying black tea to a turnover funnel,then conveying black tea in vacuum conveyor.

Spanish quartz sand transmission line
The image below shows a production line we designed for Spain, where we supplied the hopper, electric vacuum feeder equipment,the customer used to transport quartz sand.The electric vacuum feeder produced by our company is a new product developed on the basis of extensive absorption of similar products at home and abroad. It is a more advanced, ideal and perfect vacuum conveying equipment for powder material, granular material and powder mixture in China, which solves the problems of dust spilt during feeding.

Automatic conveying material filling system

This is the conveying route diagram of the ton package feeding station connecting the vacuum feeder and the filling machine provided for the Australian customer.Use Spider-Lift bulk bag lifting frame to put the bulk bag into the bulk bag dumping unloader Then the material will be automatically transported to the filling/packing machine by the vacuum conveyor. At this time,  a worker is required to place the bag into the discharge port of the packing machine. Employees can observe the control  system next to the packing machine, when the weight is 25kg or 50kg, press the stop filling button,  and then the belt conveyor will transport the bag to the Automatic sewing machine/Heat sealing machine on the right for  sealing.

Material handling system

This is a material route diagram of feeding station + conveying + spiral conveying for Indonesian customers.A worker is required to pour the materials into the dust-free feeding station, the vacuum feeder pumps the materials into the silo, and the materials are transported through the screw conveyor. In this process, the labor cost is reduced and the working efficiency is improved. The materials are transported through the closed machine to avoid material flying and leakage and ensure the clean work site.

Ton package feeding station

Place the big bag inside the big bag unloader with your line hanger, then close the dustproof door, place the big bag on the bag open device, the bag is opened,and the material is automatically released. At the same time the dust collector starts to work to avoid dust flying.The plug-in valve under the big bag unloader can control the size of the outlet to match the flow rate of your cutting bottle machine to avoid material overflow During this process, you can observe and handle the situation inside the big bag unlaoder by Manual handling of the bag area.

Material conveying screening system

A worker is required to pour the materials into the dust-free feeding station, the vacuum feeder pumps the materials, transmits them to the ultrasonic vibrating screen, and screens the materials. This process reduces labor costs and improves operation efficiency. The materials are transported through the closed machine to avoid material flying and leakage, and ensure the clean work site.
