What is Spiral elevator?

Spiral elevator, also known as spiral vertical hoist, is a new type of transportation equipment, which uses the synthetic amplitude of two vibrating motors to convey materials up or down along the spiral conveying trough, mainly used to lift granular, powder, and block materials. This conveyor has a simple structure, easy maintenance, quantitative material delivery, and continuous adjustable conveying volume. The spiral elevator is divided into slotted and closed two structures, and can be designed according to the requirements of different processes.

Spiral elevator is suitable for conveying the viscosity of small granular, block, powder, and short fiber solids, which can be added to the air cooling and water cooling system, in the conveying of materials at the same time to complete the cooling and drying operations.

Working principle of Spiral elevator

The spiral elevator uses the principle of asymmetry of vibration motors so that when the two motors are running in reverse at the same time, the whole conveying tower is forced to make a horizontal circular motion and an upward vertical motion of space compound vibration. The material in the spiral trough is subjected to the action of the conveying trough, making uniform throwing circular motion and moving upward along the conveying trough body, so as to complete the material conveying operation. The spiral elevator can also be able to convey simultaneous cooling, heating, drying, spreading, or unification systems.
