What is Sand coal dryer?

The sand and coal dryer is a drying equipment specially used to process materials such as sand and coal. It achieves drying of materials by exposing moist sand or coal to hot air and using the heat transfer effect of hot air to evaporate and remove the moisture in the materials.

Wet sand or coal is fed into the drying cylinder through the feeding device. The high-temperature hot air generated by the hot blast stove passes through the heat exchanger in the drying cylinder to heat the material and evaporate the water. The evaporated moisture is discharged through the smoke exhaust device, and the dried material is taken out from the other end of the drying cylinder through the discharge device.
