What is Air-flow Sifter Machine?

Air-flow sifter machine is also called cyclone screen. It is mainly used for sieving ultra-fine powder with many fibers, high viscosity, light specific gravity, easy to generate static electricity, and block the mesh. The whole machine is small in size, light in weight, stable without vibration, noiseless, has good airtight performance, is dust-free, and high in efficiency. It is a new design, the gas protection system can transport the purified air to both ends of the equipment, which can effectively reduce the temperature generated during the operation of the equipment; forming a gas isolation layer for the bearings, thereby preventing the entry of dust and effectively extending the service life of the bearings, it can reduce maintenance frequency and improve work efficiency.

The screen mesh of the air-flow sifter is cylindrical and placed in the body. After the material passes through the screw conveying system, it is mixed with the airflow and atomized into the mesh cylinder; the material is simultaneously propelled by centrifugal force and cyclone through the wind wheel blades in the mesh cylinder so that the material is sprayed through the screen and discharged from the fine material discharge port, and the material that cannot pass through the screen is discharged from the coarse material discharge port along the cylinder wall.
