What is electric vacuum conveyor?

Electric vacuum conveyor, also known as vacuum conveyor, is a high efficient and non-dust conveying equipment, which transmits particles and powder materials using vacuum suction.

It uses the pressure difference between vacuum and environmental space to form airflow in the pipeline and drive the movement of powder materials, to complete the conveying of powder. Electric vacuum conveyor is mainly used for conveying powder and granular materials, such as medicine powder, chemical powder, metal oxide powder, capsules, tablets, pills, small food particles, etc. It is not suitable for conveying materials that are too wet, too viscous, and too heavy.

Using a single air as a power source, electric vacuum conveyor belongs to intrinsically safe explosion-proof equipment, which can be used for conveying flammable and explosive materials on occasions with high explosion-proof requirements. At the same time, because it only use stainless steel, PVC or PU pipe, and soft connection, the installation, repair, and maintenance are quite convenient.
