Working principle of double cone mixer
Double cone mixer is mainly made by a supporting part, the mixing hopper, motor, transmission, and control system. The machine is suitable for mixing powder and grain state materials. The working process of the double cone mixing machine is: open a material port of the mixing hopper, put a certain amount of materials to be mixed, seal the lid, press the rotation start button and the equipment starts to work. After reaching the set mixing time, the double-cone blender can automatically stop. At this time, the rotation time can be determined on the control system based on the mixing degree of the materials. According to different materials, the specific mixing time also can be set.
The double cone mixing machine is designed with a W-shaped structure, and a stirring paddle can be added to the drum; when the drum rotates, the material is continuously lifted in the drum, thrown, and staggered, to achieve the effect of rapid mixing, and finally achieve uniform mixing. The drum is continuously turned over in the entire mixing process, all the materials in the drum are moved, and there is no dead angle for mixing.
