What is Vibratory feeder?

Vibratory feeder is also known as vibrating feeder. During the production process, the vibratory feeder can uniformly, regularly, and continuously send blocky and granular materials from the storage bin to equipment, and can be crushed in the sand and gravel production line and fed continuously and evenly to the machine for coarse screening, widely used in metallurgy, coal mine, dressing, building materials, chemical, abrasive and other industries crushing and screening combination equipment.

Working principle of  Vibratory feeder

Vibratory feeder is to use the eccentric block in the vibrator to rotate to produce centrifugal force, so that the screen box, vibrator, and other movable parts make a forced continuous circular or approximately circular motion. The vibratory feeder is composed of a feeding tank body, vibrator, spring support, transmission device, and so on. Tank vibration feeding solutions of vibration source is the vibrator, the vibrator is made up of two eccentric shafts (master, passive) and gears, drive shaft, driven by a motor through the triangle again by gear meshing drove shaft rotation on the drive shaft, the driven shaft rotates reverse at the same time, make the tub vibration, a continuous flow of material, to achieve the purpose of conveying material.
