How does the vacuum feeder achieve quantitative feeding?

The quantitative feeding method of the vacuum feeder mainly includes the following steps:
First, put the materials into the silo.
Then, start the vacuum loading machine, pump the silo into a negative pressure state through a vacuum pump or vacuum generator, and replenish air at the same time. So the air flows while driving the material to move along the pipeline.
After the vacuum feeder sucks into the material, separate it through the filter element in the bin.  Then it filters the air and stores the material in the bin temporarily.
When the material suction time arrives, the discharge valve of the vacuum feeder opens and the material is put into the customer’s equipment.
The equipment comes with a pulse backflush airbag, which blows the filter element every cycle to prevent clogging.
In the above steps, we can achieve quantitative feeding by controlling the flow and speed of the material. For example, we can control the flow and speed of the material by adjusting the rotation speed or pressure of the vacuum pump or vacuum generator. At the same time, we can monitor the weight or flow of the material in real time through sensors and other equipment to achieve precise quantitative feeding.
In addition, the equipment can quantitatively load with weighing blocks through and screw conveying. Through weight reduction, the material can be stably and evenly transported to the container of the receiving

equipment. After the material reaches the set setting, it can realize automatic start and stop, the measurement accuracy error is between 0.3%-0.5%, the entire process is more controllable through the program, and the fully automated operation saves labor and improves efficiency. In addition, an electromagnetic feeder can achieve precise quantitative feeding.
