The influence of uneven feeding of vibrating screen

Uneven feeding of the vibrating screen may have the following effects:

1. Causes low screening efficiency

When using a vibrating screen, if the feeding is uneven, the screening efficiency will be low. If we feed too much at once, the machine will greatly exceed its load capacity.  This will cause the material to fall out of the discharge port Before it has time to sift the material. This will cause the machine can not screen out coarse and fine materials, which leads to low screening efficiency.

2. Affect screening accuracy and output
​
When the feed is uneven, there will be a situation where one side of the screen surface has material and the other side has no material, thus reducing the utilization rate of the entire screen surface and causing the problem that the output cannot meet the requirements. On the other hand, due to uneven feeding, the material accumulates too thickly on one side. Once the material accumulation thickness is too large. It will affect the fineness of the screening effect and can not reach the expected effect.

3. Reduce the service life of the motor

If we invest a lot of material in the production process of the vibrating screen for a long time, the load on the motor will suddenly increase, thus damaging the vibration motor and reducing the service life of the motor. In the long run, users must continue to maintain or replace motors, which increases equipment maintenance costs.

4. The screen breaks quickly

When using a vibrating screen, the feeding is uneven, or too much material is fed at one time, which exceeds the pressure the screen can withstand. Because the pressure on the filter is very high, the filter will be damaged quickly. Reducing the service life of the screen is another important manifestation of uneven feeding. During the vibrating screen production process, if the number and weight of the screen mesh are uneven during the feeding process, the screen mesh will be in a long-term load state. If the screen mesh continues to work in this state, the service life of the screen mesh will be greatly reduced.
