Operation process of double cone mixer
Double cone mixer can be used for uniform mixing of dry powder or granular materials with good fluidity and does not produce dissolution, volatilization, or deterioration of materials during the mixing process.
Double cone mixer has a reasonable design, high mixing efficiency, and simple operation. The cylinder is made of stainless steel, and the inner and outer walls are polished, beautiful appearance, are mixed evenly, and are widely used. It can be equipped with a forced agitator according to customer requirements, which is suitable for mixing fine powder and block materials with certain moisture.
Operation process：
1. Inspection of the machine: Inspection work before equipment operation: ① Check that there should be no foreign matter in the mixer, the inner wall of the hopper should be dry, open the feed port cover, and close the discharge port cover. ② Check that there should be no obstructions around the mixer, so as to avoid magnetic hitting the obstacle when the mixer is running, causing an accident.
2. Material preparation: prepare all kinds of materials that need to be mixed. Remember that the materials must be dry. If the materials are not dry, this type of mixer cannot be used. You can use our trough mixer or use an oven to dry first. Then do this.
3.Feeding: Add the material from the feeding port, generally only about 50% of the total volume, so that it can be mixed evenly, and then tighten the feeding port cover.
4.Mixing: Turn on the power switch and start mixing materials.
5.Discharge: Open the cover of the discharge port, and use the specified container to load the material at the discharge port until the material in the hopper is discharged.
