First of all, the vacuum feeder uses negative pressure as the vacuum source and the filter is a separation device. It is a powder material conveying device that has the characteristics of simple operation, reliable operation, economy, small footprint, and long conveying distance.

The main difference between a pneumatic and an electric vacuum feeder is the size and power source.
The pneumatic vacuum feeder is small in size and occupies a small area, and the power source is provided by its own vacuum generator. Compared with the pneumatic type, the electric type is large in size, occupies a large area, and has a large power source. It is provided separately by an external Roots vacuum pump or vortex vacuum pump.

The pneumatic vacuum feeder is an external positive-pressure air source. It uses a vacuum generator to generate a high vacuum negative pressure air source. The material enters the vacuum hopper along the suction gun and is separated from the filter. The material enters the silo for storage. The whole process completes a cycle.

The electric vacuum feeder is powered by vacuum pumps such as Roots blower vacuum pump/vortex vacuum pump/water ring vacuum pump, and then the material enters the vacuum hopper along the suction gun, is separated from the filter, and the material enters the silo for storage.
