How to use vibrating screen with vacuum feeder

Vacuum loaders and vibrating screens are common equipment combinations in material handling processes. They can work together to achieve efficient material handling and screening. The following are the general steps on how to use a vacuum feeder with a vibrating screen.

1. Material supply. The vacuum feeder draws materials from the raw material storage container into the hopper quickly and accurately through negative pressure, ensuring the continuity and stability of supply.

2. Feeding process.  After the material enters the hopper of the vacuum feeder, the machine will open the hopper valve. Then the material is transferred to the feed port of the vibrating screen due to the action of gravity. In the feeding process, we can achieve optimal feeding by adjusting the working parameters of the vacuum feeder (such as suction, conveying speed, etc.).

3. Vibrating screen screening and collection. After the materials enter the vibrating screen, the machine screens and classifies materials according to their particle size through the action of vibration and screen mesh. Then smaller particles will enter the receiving container below through the sieve holes for subsequent processing or storage. Meanwhile, the discharge port will discharge the larger particles and then we can collect them.

However, the specific configuration and operation of the vacuum feeder and vibrating screen may change due to different production needs and equipment models. When used in combination, we should select appropriate equipment based on material characteristics, processing requirements, and process flow.  And we need to ensure the coordinated operation and safe operation of the equipment.
