The difference between vibrating screen and round double motor vibrating screen

1. Different operating modes: The vibrating screen uses a vertical vibration motor as the excitation source. Driven by the motor, the material moves horizontally, vertically, and tilted three-dimensionally in the screen frame. The round double-motor vibrating screen uses dual vibration motors as the excitation source. Driven by the motor, the material makes an elliptical motion on the screen frame, and the material passes through the screen quickly and reciprocally;

Different screening accuracy: the vibrating screen can effectively screen granules, powders, and slurry materials, and it can effectively screen powder materials below 400 mesh and slurry materials below 800 mesh. The round double motor vibrating screen mainly screens powder materials (such as flour, starch, etc.) with a maximum mesh size of 80 mesh;

3. Different screen cleaning devices: The screen cleaning device of the vibrating screen is a bouncing ball to clear the screen. The ball jumps to the lower part of the screen and the ball support plates carry them. After the screen machine starts, it hits the screen surface to achieve the screen’s cleaning effect. Due to the characteristics of the materials targeted by the round double-motor vibrating screen, so we usually do not require a screen cleaning device.

4. Different outputs: Due to different screening methods, the output of the round double motor vibrating screen is 2-5 times that of the vibrating screen. However, what we should note here is that different equipment has its products and industries, so the selection should be based on strange factors. Reasonable selection of material characteristics and production requirements.
