How to test the operation of the ribbon mixer before it is put into operation?

Here are some operational reminders.

1. Before using the ribbon mixer, a no-load test should be conducted. Before the test, check the tightness of the mixer connections and the integrity of the electrical equipment, then close the main power switch, turn on the power, and proceed. No-load test machine.

2. Then press the green start switch of the mixer and pay attention to the direction of the motor (clockwise rotation). If the direction is reversed, please press the red emergency stop button to stop the machine, and turn off the power, and swap the wiring directions of any two-phase wires.

3. The mixer can be put into production only if no abnormal noise, high heat in the bearing gear, or temperature rise in the reducer are found in the no-load test machine.

4. Only after confirming that the mixer motor is rotated correctly can it be put into production normally. Please set the time according to the mixing time required for different materials (the timer is adjustable from 0 to 30 minutes) before proceeding with production.

Other trial running operation reminders

1. When using the ribbon mixer, do not operate it with your hands. If you need to scrape the materials in the ribbon mixer, you can use plastic or wooden tools to avoid accidents.

2. If the machine is found to vibrate or make abnormal noise during use, the mixer should be shut down for detailed inspection.

3. The operating load should not be too large. It is generally measured based on the load of the mixer motor. The heavy-load current during mixing is normal if it is not higher than the rated current of the motor. If the load is exceeded, the mixing capacity should be reduced.

4. Managers need to be familiar with the technical functions, internal structure, control system, and operating principles of the ribbon mixer. You are not allowed to leave the working place during work to prevent malfunctions and damage to parts and ensure safe production.
