Vibrating screen machine storage, security inspection and daily maintenance
Before leaving the factory, the vibrating screen machine needs to be assembled and tested without load. It can only leave the factory after the inspection of all indicators is qualified. Therefore, after the equipment is delivered to the use site, it should be checked whether the parts of the whole machine are complete and whether the technical documents are missing according to the packing list and the complete equipment invoice.
After the equipment arrives at the site, it cannot be placed directly on the ground, but should be placed stably on a flat sleeper, and the distance from the ground should not be less than 250mm. If it is stored in the open air, it should be covered with a tarpaulin to prevent wind and rain erosion.
The daily maintenance of vibrating screen machine includes the following aspects
Before starting:
- Check whether the coarse mesh and fine mesh are damaged.
- Whether each set of beam rings is locked.
- Check whether the V-shaped ring of the screen frame of the vibrating screen is damaged. If there is any damage, it needs to be repaired in time to prevent material leakage.
When starting:
- Pay attention to whether there is any abnormal noise.
- Whether the current is stable.
- Whether the vibration is abnormal.
After use: Clean up after each use.
Regular maintenance
Regularly check whether the coarse mesh, fine mesh and spring are fatigued and damaged, and whether all parts of the fuselage are damaged due to vibration.
