How does the dust-free feeding station work?
The dust-free feeding station is a transfer device that utilizes negative pressure dust collection and is suitable for bag opening and feeding of transfer materials during the production process. It can store materials first and then transport them.

(1) It can combine with the dust collection system to effectively avoid dust flying. The conical part of the silo can equip with a 
vibrator to facilitate the flow of materials.
(2) We can install a screening system in the silo to prevent agglomerated materials from clogging the discharge port and conveying pipes. Designed according to user needs, the material dust and related equipment generated during feeding are effectively isolated from the human body, so that the dust is sucked into the filter system under the negative pressure condition of the fan to separate the gas and material. After gathering for a long time, they fall into the silo due to their weight.
Applicable working conditions
The dust-free feeding station can handle the unpacking, unloading, and conveying operations of powdery, granular, and small-sized tons of bags. We can widely use it in petrochemical, API, plastics, carbon black, mining, food additives, cement, and other industries.
