2. Differences in suitable materials

Since the tumbler screen adopts simulated manual screening and has a screen cleaning device, it is more suitable for irregular or wet materials within 500 mesh, and overcomes the risk of screen blocking of ordinary vibrating screens, while the vibrating screen is a non-balanced and destructive violent movement. It uses the principle of vibration to screen materials, so it sometimes destroys the materials. Therefore, for some granular crystalline and brittle materials, I recommend you use a swing screen, whose screening accuracy can reach more than 95%.

3. The difference in screening output

For materials with a coarse size of 30 mesh or more, the output of the vibrating screen and the tumbler screen is basically the same. For raw materials with a size of 30 or more fine to 500 mesh, the production capacity of the swing screen is much higher than that of the vibrating screen, generally 5-10 times that of the vibrating screen. times.
