Vacuum feeder is used in conjunction with the ton bag feeding station

In the powder dust-free feeding workshop, if you want to maintain the workshop environment, it is best to use a vacuum feeder and a ton bag feeding station together. The use of the two devices together can not only achieve efficient material transportation but also achieve feeding of tons of materials.

How does it work?

Material supply: Ton bag feeding stations are usually suitable for storing large amounts of materials, such as granular or powdered solid materials. It can provide centralized storage of materials and hang the ton bags on the feeding station through hoisting equipment.
Vacuum loading: When the materials in the ton bag need to be transported to the target location, a vacuum loading machine can be used. The vacuum feeder extracts materials from ton bags into conveying pipes and pushes them to the target location by creating a negative-pressure or low-pressure environment.
Linked operation: When used together, the coordinated operation of the vacuum feeder and ton bag feeding station can achieve through linkage operation. When feeding,   the feeding station can hoist the ton bag and open the outlet of the feeding station. At the same time, the vacuum feeder can start to extract materials from the ton bags into the conveying pipeline. Then transport them to the target location.
Control and regulation: Ton bag feeding stations and vacuum loaders usually have advanced control systems that can achieve automated operation and precise material control. Through the control system, the discharging speed and quantity of the ton bag feeding station are adjustable, and the speed and quantity of the vacuum feeder can also be adjustable.
